What do i do if items are missing?
Please note that we dispatch from several locations meaning some products maybe delivered at different times. In the event that the order has been lost or undelivered we will arrange for a complete replacement order to be sent out to you upon confirmation that the original order was not delivered. In the event that the order was delivered, but some items were missing we will send out replacement items (excluding tablets).
It is the customers’ responsibility to ensure that the package is correct upon delivery before signing for it; we only offer to send out any small items that may be missing in good faith and to avoid complications.
How do i return an item?
To return an item please contact us using the above contact information and we will send you a freepost returns label with instructions. Once we have received the item we will refund the payment using the method paid, this can take upto 5 working days but is usually quicker. For legal purposes we cannot refund to anyone other than the original purchaser/account holder.
All of our tablets include 1 or more USB ports into which you can plug various peripherals and connect to external devices etc. To avoid disappointment we advise you check which type of USB connection your tablet has/will have before you buy so you can also get the correct cable.
Most of our tablets come with the ‘Micro-B’ USB port and a lead to connect to this. However, sometimes the USB OTG cable isn’t included, which is used for connecting 3G Dongles.
